Day 4 Juice Plan

Yay!! I’ve lost 25.6 pounds total so far with 54.4 pounds to go to reach my goal!  My BMI has dropped from 36.9 to 33.1 and my goal is 24.9.

Natural Weight Loss

Day 4 Juice Plan

Remember to start out your day with herbal tea or hot water with lemon and ginger.

Breakfast:

-4 egg whites

-1/2 steel cut oats with blueberries

-cinnamon

-almond milk

Mid-morning juice:

Licorice Love

-1 thumb size knuckle of ginger

-handful of mint

-1/2 small fennel

-2 apples

Lunch:

Salad

-2 cups of chopped butter leaf lettuce

-1 handful of walnuts

-2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

-1/2 avocado, sliced

-lemon and olive oil dressing with freshly ground pepper

Add ingredients to bowl and mix together.

Mid-afternoon juice:

Get Low Low Low LDL

-1 thumb size piece of ginger

-1 clove of garlic

-4 carrots

-1 apple

-splash of Tabasco sauce for an extra zing

*Wrapping the garlic in parsley helps absorb some of the garlic odor

Dinner:

-1/2 cup of brown rice (size of your fist)

-6 oz grilled chicken

-2 cups of any salad greens you want

Before Bed:

Hot ginger and lemon tea.
