Yay!! I’ve lost 25.6 pounds total so far with 54.4 pounds to go to reach my goal!  My BMI has dropped from 36.9 to 33.1 and my goal is 24.9.

Day 6 Juice Plan

Start out your day with herbal tea or hot water with lemon and ginger.

Breakfast:

Scrambled Colorful Eggs

-2 cups of spinach

-1 cup of broccoli

-1/2 cup of sliced red and yellow peppers

-2 sliced cloves of garlic

-2 eggs, 2 egg whites

-1 small avocado

-coconut oil

-cook 2 turkey sausages (make sure they’re organic)

Melt coconut oil in saucepan.

Add vegetables and garlic.

Then add eggs and spinach and mix together.

Top off with avocado.

Mid-morning snack:

1 apple and a handful of almonds

Mid-morning juice:

Full Immunity

-thumb size slice of ginger

-handful of parsley

-3 carrots

-1 apple

Lunch:

Original Chicken Salad

-3 oz chicken breast (season and grill each side for 5-10 minutes)

-2 cups of mixed greens

-handful of cherry tomatoes

-1/2 red bell pepper

-pinch of fresh garlic

-lemon juice

-olive oil

-freshly ground pepper

Mid-afternoon juice:

Ginger Paradise

-1 thumb size slice of ginger

-1 apple

-4 carrots

Dinner:

-6 oz steak

-any salad you want

Before Bed:

Hot water ginger tea with lemon.
