Without a support team in place to root you on, help you out and encourage you, making the right choices is extremely difficult.
Unfortunately, many people have friends and family who consciously or unconsciously sabotage and work against their progress.
They ridicule and minimize the efforts of the person trying to change because seeing it happen makes them uncomfortable.
It’s hard to measure, but this may be the root cause of once dedicated people falling off the wagon and abandoning their dreams of transformation.
It’s the reason we take such care to ensure those who join us have the tools and resources to enlist their support team at home.
And it’s the reason we foster the same feeling between all of our followers with each other.
After these 2 primary milestones have been achieved, the remainder of the transformation process happens much easier and more quickly.
From exchanging bad habits for good ones and getting educated on the right choices and why to make them, your why-dentity takes over and never fails to surprise us at how much you achieve in such a short period of time.
Proper nutrition and exercise are the components creating the most lasting change and with so much conflicting information it’s important to choose the programs right for your body and metabolic type.
It’s also important to go into a transformation with the mindset that once transformed, you’ll help others achieve what you have.
Even if the only thing you do is inspire others as to what’s possible, keeping this frame of mind causes you to learn and integrate what you’ve been taught at a much deeper level.
When you go into the process with the eventual goal of helping others, you carry more responsibility and it makes you less likely to falter because you know others are depending on you.
Pretty powerful, isn’t it?
This is where the “ripple effect” really comes in.
It’s not just about what training your taste does for you.
It’s what your success and actions eventually do for others.

When you believe that, as we do, it gives you immeasurable strength.
