The Diet at a Glance
As long as you focus on these 3 main principles – and eat food that’s clean, whole, and balanced – you can’t go wrong.
1. Clean: First, you look for the dish with the smallest number of adulterating additives and hormone-disrupting chemicals.
Remove These Foods:
